Southwest English Setter Rescue
Hi, I'm Jack. My "sister" and I were running in a busy city street when our "Fairy Grandmother" saw us, tried to catch us but couldn't. She followed us home to where our owner was in a desperate financial bind, so bad that the family, my sister and I hadn't eaten all day. My owner loved us enough to let us go with the rescuer.
My sister has found a home but I'm still looking for my "furever" family. I'm five months old, half Chow and half unknown, but my Grandmother thinks there might be Collie in my ancestry.
Grandmother says I'm very smart because I've learned to go potty outside, I behave quietly while in my crate, and sit and wait for my food. I haven't chewed on anything but my toys, which I enjoy, and I'm told that's a very good thing! However, remember, I'm five months old and love to play so if I had another young dog to play with and a fenced yard, I would be very happy.
It's estimated that I'll grow to about 40 pounds since I currently weigh a bit over 20 pounds. I look forward to your inquiries! Sincerely, Jack.
Jack is neutered and up to date on vaccinations. He is in a foster home near San Antonio, TX.
